We want you to love your Caitlyn Minimalist jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-personalized items. Please ensure pieces are in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Caitlyn Minimalist packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
